Stauning Bastard Rye Whisky
Stauning Bastard is a Danish rye whisky made from locally sourced ingredients in flame-heated pot stills. It matures for at least three years in new toasted virgin American oak, followed by six months in mezcal casks from Oro de Oaxaca.
Tasting Notes
Sweet pipe-tobacco smoke, raisins and oat biscuit meet rye spice, toasted oak and smoky mezcal-cask character.
