The Oak & Eden Rye & Rumba Whiskey represents a unique blend of rye whiskey and Caribbean Rum. The production process starts with a rye whiskey made from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, which is then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. Following the aging process, a distinctive touch is added – an American Oak spire that is seasoned, toasted, and infused with Caribbean Rum. This infusion imparts sweet and bright flavors, along with notes of panel, coconut, and molasses. The result is likely a whiskey with a complex and harmonious profile, combining the boldness of rye with the tropical influence of Caribbean Rum.
