These botanicals include Italian Juniper that is infused with meticulously sourced lemons from the Amalfi Coast and Sicily. The notes on this gin will take you to a lush cliff side on the Italian Riviera, where the bright shines on your face. There is also a cool and refreshing breeze that comes in from the coast. With this gin, you can experience summertime year round, even on the coldest of days. If you need food to pair with this gin try cured meats (like chorizo or salami), Morcilla (a Spanish black pudding), and smoked (like salmon with garlic and lemon aioli).
