Drawing inspiration from the legendary A.H. Hirsch Reserve 16-year-old whiskey, The Bivouac features a custom mashbill designed to achieve a harmonious balance in its flavor profile. Bottled at 100 proof, each batch consists of approximately 160 barrels, ensuring consistency and quality with every pour.
