Widow Jane The Vaults 15 Year Bourbon: A Blend of the Distillery’s Oldest Bourbons, Finished in Rare Air-Seasoned Oak

The Vaults is Widow Jane’s annual limited release of its oldest and rarest bourbons. This 15 Year edition blends straight bourbons aged a minimum of 15 years, sourced from Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee, that Widow Jane set aside over the years and then blended in hyper-small batches. Each year, the blend is finished in casks made from a different air-seasoned wood. For the 2025 edition (the seventh), Head Distiller Sienna Jevremov chose “Mythological Oak,” harvested from the ancient forests around Amfilochia on Greece’s Mediterranean coast. It’s proofed with limestone mineral water from the Rosendale Mines in upstate New York, non-chill filtered, and bottled at 99 proof (49.5% ABV). Only 15,672 bottles were released.
