Drumshanbo Galanta Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is the first Irish whiskey from the western province of Connacht. This limited release was created entirely from a specially curated selection of Sherry Oloroso and Kentucky bourbon casks, each imparting their own unique characteristics to create a rich and complex single pot still whiskey.

Olde-style Irish whiskey, distilled by the specialists at Cooley Distillery. This single pot still whiskey is soft, sweet and complex with spicy notes of sarsaparilla, caramel and plum.
