This clear Don Q Cristal Puerto Rican Rum uses a number of different distillation systems to create rum that is more refined, delicate, and clean. The result is one of the smoothest rums available on the market. Cristal can be substituted in a number of different drink recipes, including those calling for vodka.
It is aged between 1 and a half to 5 years in American White Oak, bringing a further smooth feel to the palate. Pair it with barbeque for an original Puerto Rican taste, or fried fish for a coastal feel.
