Chicken Cock 20 Year Old Cotton Club Rye Whiskey is a nostalgic look back at the company’s history during the Prohibition times when it was forced to move production to Canada. Bottled at 100 proof, this rye whiskey has spent 2 decades in a used bourbon cask.
The spirits industry lost many classics when Prohibition was enforced, so this expression honors the old school distillers and their dedication. Chicken Cock Rye Whiskey has a long line of history to stand on, which is why it’s just as celebrated today as it was 100 years ago. Using a traditional mash bill, and aging for 20 years in used bourbon casks, our Rye has a unique flavor profile that can’t be found anywhere else.
