TASTING NOTES

A pungent, coating astringency on the tongue, and initially bitter. Spearmint, cinnamon, red pepper flakes, candied holiday nuts, grilled super ripe pineapple are harmoniously balanced on the flavor. A flint minerality hits on the retro nasal.
