Cazcanes No. 9 Blanco High Proof is an unaged blanco made from 100% organic Blue Weber agave in Amatitán, Jalisco (NOM 1614), and bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof). The brand says it has a more refined and complex profile than a standard blanco, with sweet cooked agave, floral notes, and a subtle minerality, and that the higher proof gives it a richer mouthfeel and a long finish.
