Ritterguts Gose

Ritterguts Gose is a fermented, sour and briny tasty exceptional beer of Leizpig. It is brewed as an ancient beer and does not correspond to German purity standards. Ritterguts Gose is traditionally with coriander and salt. Lactic acid is added during fermentation, a trait of the Gose. It resembles Berliner Weisse, Lichtenhainer beer and the Belgian Geuze.
