Continuing the same time honored and culturally traditional methods of production and courageous spirit as their famous fore-fathers, the González family create Chinaco Añejo which after distillation is aged for 30 months. Using a mix of barrels, each casking infuses its own characteristics, enriching the spirit further, giving it greater, ever more complex depth and exceptional smoothness.
