2: Returning Damaged Goods

  • If a product sustains major damage in transit or upon delivery, we offer a 100% product refund.
  • To initiate a refund or replacement item, please submit a claims form through our Contact Us page with "Returning an order" a member of our team will reach within 3 to 5 business days.
  • We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package back to us.ย 
  • Once we've checked your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt of your item and let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a set timeframe.
