Surprised by the taste
I’ve been wanting to try this liquor for awhile now ever since watching Moonshiners and I have to say it tasted nothing like I expected. It’s not a bad a thing, you smell tequila on the nose and it’s pretty smooth, the taste is very unique that I can’t put a finger on, I want to like it but I don’t think it’s for me. Im still giving a 5 star because it’s a clean, smooth, easy drinking liquor and just because I don’t like the taste doesn’t mean others wont, I’d say say give it a try and as always the shippings a bit much… but is too be expected considering I live in MI. I am greatful quality liquor store delivers here no matter.

I normally would like to drink, but it tears up my gut. Due to watching the show Moonshiners, I wanted a bottle of this. I prefer to drink straight, as I am also calorie conscious; not that I know the calorie count of booze, but anything you add usually adds calories. I took a shot each day for a week, waiting for the stomach upset; there was none! It surprised me when my alcoholic brother, who tasted when visiting, and exclaimed, "That is smooth!" The by far is the smoothest liquor I have drank. It’s definitely a different flavor than I am used to in whiskey or rum or anything else but once you get used to the difference it goes down smooth and Easy. There’s no fire breath after this.
