Aperol Aperitivo
Creado en 1919, Aperol es un licor amargo italiano con infusión de naranja, genciana, chinchona, ruibarbo y una variedad de otras hierbas y especias. El resultado es un aperitivo sorprendentemente sutil, complejo y delicioso, mucho más accesible que los licores de amaro más intensos (y polarizantes). Si bien en los últimos años se han creado muchos cócteles exclusivos de Aperol, también puedes usarlo en lugar de Campari en muchas recetas clásicas para obtener un nuevo perfil de sabor.
