Nuestro primer lanzamiento de True Rye Cellar Collection es una mezcla de edición limitada perfectamente elaborada de nuestro whisky Angel's Envy Rye que pasó 364 días en Ice Cider Casks. Este raro licor es un placer para los sentidos: notas atrevidas de pimienta y canela se combinan con azúcar moreno, manzanas y roble cálido. Es el whisky perfecto para el invierno.
La historia de este whisky comienza con nuestro centeno terminado, que se añeja durante un mínimo de cuatro años. Lo transferimos a nuestros Ice Cider Casks, donde espera hasta que el equipo determina que tiene un acabado de manzana perfecto y crujiente. Cuando llega el momento, se embotella el whisky. Tiene un rico color ámbar y se abre con brillantes notas frutales junto con toques de caramelo y especias. El final introduce la dulzura de la manzana que acentúa el sabor a roble del centeno.
