Smoke Wagon Uncut The Younger Bourbon comenzó como una idea en octubre de 2020. Probé una mezcla de Straight Bourbon antes de probarla y quedé realmente impresionado con el perfil de sabor. Este bourbon tiene un toque frutal con toneladas de delicados sabores a caramelo y un gran sabor a canela al final. Mi idea original era crear una versión más joven de Uncut Unfiltered y lanzarla como un lote raro y limitado. Cuando anunciamos nuestros primeros Rare and Limiteds en diciembre de 2020, rápidamente me di cuenta de que un R&L nunca se vendería por menos de un Uncut normal, por lo que la idea quedó en un segundo plano.
