This is a perfect combination of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. It is classy with an aroma of spices such as charred meat, anise, licorice, ripe black cherry, dark chocolate, rosemary and cedary currant. It enters smoothly and has a rich and dusty taste at the palates with a hint of mineral. It finishes gently with flavors of textured tannin and roasted coconut. The wine was aged for sixteen months in French oak to achieve the rich flavor. It can be paired with pasta, salads, chicken, red meat and pork.
