Michter's US*1 Small Batch Bourbon: Twenty-Barrel Maximum with Caramel, Stone Fruit and Smoky Oak

Michter's US*1 Small Batch Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon made from a corn-led mash bill and released in genuinely limited batches. Michter’s uses a holding tank sized for no more than 20 full barrels, preventing weaker barrels from being hidden inside a very large blend.

The bourbon matures in fire-charred new American white-oak barrels and is bottled at 91.4 proof, or 45.7% ABV. Michter’s does not release the whiskey until its tasting panel considers the barrels ready.

The official flavor profile balances rich caramel and vanilla with stone fruit, smoky depth and an oak-led finish, giving the bourbon enough body for sipping and cocktails.
