This exquisite wine comes from the Stella Rosa winery in the village of Santo Stefano Belbo in Northern Italy. It is semi-sweet and oh so delicious, and contains a blend of red grape varieties which included the acclaimed Brachetto.

Fresh and delicate, Stella Rosa Rosso Red is understated and lightly and naturally sparkling. The carbonation occurring during fermentation done in the charmat style within pressurized tanks. Only once the wine has achieved the desired sweetness it is centrifuged and then bottled.

Always serve chilled, accompanied if at all possible by family and friends because it's a perfect wine for raising a toast, or to be enjoyed with laughter over a light meal with fresh fruit and cheese.
