Cotswolds Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky is made from 100% locally grown, traditionally floor-malted Cotswolds barley. Each batch marries whisky fully matured in American and Spanish oak hogsheads and butts seasoned with dry Oloroso or sweet Pedro Ximénez sherry.

Bottled at 57.4% ABV, natural color, and non-chill-filtered, the whisky delivers concentrated dried fruit, chocolate, spice, nuts, and rich malt. Batch variation is expected because the distillery selects different casks each year.
