El Gran Legado Reposado is made at Cascahuín with agaves harvested in Michoacán. It ages for 120 days across American-oak ex-bourbon barrels, sherry casks and French-oak ex-Cognac VSOP barrels, followed by 30 days of stabilization in stainless steel.
Tasting Profile
The multi-cask maturation brings cooked agave together with bourbon, sherry and Cognac-cask influence. The source tasting notes are incomplete, so no unsupported descriptors have been added.
