Parker’s Heritage Wheat Whiskey is crafted from a blend of whiskeys from the middle and late stages of maturation, which allows for a much more complex finish than many other Wheated Whiskies. We then age this rich whiskey in heavily charred American White Oak casks that are typically used to age Scotch Whisky, resulting in a much heavier char than our rye or bourbon barrels. The result is an exceptionally smooth, yet full bodied whiskey that has a wonderful flavor complexity with notes of citrus and cinnamon.
