Spirit of Hven Organic Vodka

Spirit of Hven Organic Vodka serves as the cornerstone for numerous offerings from the distillery, serving as the foundation for its gin and aquavit. Initially distilled in a column still in Germany, it undergoes a meticulous process until Hven establishes its own facility.

Diluted to 55%, this vodka is aged for approximately three years in chinkapin oak barrels. Following aging, it undergoes a second distillation to remove any coloration, resulting in a pristine and refined spirit.

TASTING NOTES

Nose
Subtle, but citrus-led (grapefruit and lemon).

Palate
Clean and pure, with hints of grapefruit, with a rich texture and hints of oak tannin.

Finish
Medium in length, with hints of oak and a gradually drying sensation.
