Tenjaku Japanese Whisky

Tenjaku Japanese Whisky begins its journey with a mash bill consisting of 86% corn and 14% barley, laying the foundation for its distinctive flavor profile. Following this, the whisky undergoes a meticulous double copper pot distillation process, utilizing the pristine waters sourced from the Misaka Mountain range in the Mt. Fuji basin. Descending 250 meters below the surface, these waters are renowned for their unparalleled purity, serving as the hallmark of quality for some of the world's most esteemed sakes.

Once distilled, Tenjaku is entrusted to the embrace of heavily seasoned Kentucky bourbon barrels, where it embarks on its aging journey. The richly seasoned barrels impart depth and complexity to the whisky, allowing its full-bodied malt flavor to develop over time. While the grain taste is present, it is delicately balanced, allowing the individual characteristics of the grains to shine through. The result is a clean and timeless blend of 3-year, 5-year, and 6-year-old whiskies, showcasing a harmonious balance between malt and grain components.
