Our IYLIA Roble red wine is a testament to the exquisite terroir of the Mediterranean coast. The region's rocky soil and abundant sunshine create an ideal environment for the Monastrell, Tempranillo, and Merlot grape varieties to thrive. Each grape is meticulously selected during the harvesting process to ensure the highest quality for our wine.

The journey of our IYLIA Roble doesn’t end with the harvest. We age our wine for 4 months in carefully chosen American oak barrels. This aging process imparts a luxurious boldness and a smooth texture to the wine, elevating its flavor profile to new heights. The oak barrels contribute subtle notes of vanilla and spice, enhancing the complexity of the wine.

IYLIA Roble is a sophisticated, full-bodied blend that stands out for its intense earthy flavors.
