Eden Mill Art Of St. Andrews Single Malt Scotch is the 2023 release from the distillery’s annual Art of St Andrews collection. It is the first bottling in the series to use lightly peated spirit and was created with artwork inspired by St Andrews, Guardbridge, and the surrounding Fife coast.

The whisky matured in a combination of bourbon, Oloroso sherry, and Pedro Ximénez casks before being finished in premium ex-Grande Champagne Cognac casks. Eden Mill bottles the release at 46.5% ABV. The producer describes a lightly sweet, creamy profile reminiscent of beach bonfires and smoked shortbread rather than an aggressively medicinal peat style.

This is a limited annual expression, so it should not be confused with the 2022, 2024, or later Art of St Andrews releases, which use different cask recipes and presentation.
