Cygnet 77 is a Welsh sipping gin matured for 55 weeks in ex-Welsh whisky barrels and made with 22 botanicals, Manuka honey and bee pollen.
Juniper, flowers and pink grapefruit lead the nose. Chamomile, citrus peel, sea salt and caramelized honey develop on the full-bodied palate before a long, softly oaked finish. Serve neat, over ice or in a Martini.
