Using only three pure ingredients—fresh-pressed juice from locally grown, organic sugar cane, yeast, and rainwater—Copalli creates a rum that is as natural as it is flavorful. Hailing from the lush rainforests of southern Belize, the rum is distilled at the eco-friendly Copal Tree Distillery, a zero-waste facility dedicated to preserving the environment and producing high-quality, additive-free spirits.

After the sugar cane juice is distilled in a traditional column still, the cacao nibs are added, imparting rich and complex chocolate flavors to the rum.
