Starting from The Block's own vodka as a base, the botanicals for Summer Gin are macerated at room temperature to extract only the best of their flavor, flooded with citrus, lemon, lime, grapefruit, pomelo, yuzu, and orange, for a genuine citrus explosion. It comes across beautifully sweet on the front before all that fruit peel brings it to a nice, dry finish, equally at home in a crisp dry gin martini or a classic G&T.
