Don Elias Anejo Tequila

Don Elias Añejo Tequila is aged for at least one year, earning its classification as an "Añejo." The distillers age this tequila in barrels with a capacity of no more than 600 liters. This extended aging process imbues the tequila with a rich amber hue and develops a flavor profile that is smoother, richer, and more complex. The time spent in the barrel allows the tequila to absorb deeper wood notes, enhancing the agave's natural sweetness with layers of caramel, vanilla, and subtle spice, making it a sophisticated choice for discerning palates.
