Constructed in 1880 at the Enmore Estate and later relocated to Diamond Estate in 1990, this historic still is the world's last operational wooden Coffey still. Bottled at cask strength, this rum offers an unfiltered expression of its heritage, showcasing the unique character imparted by this iconic piece of equipment.
