Intense and brooding ripe cherry and dark berry fruit notes, with Cherries Jubilee, black currant liqueur, hot fudge sauce smothered over Devil’s Food cake, oatmeal cookie dough with raisins, cranberry morning buns, candied ginger, and warm coffee cake with brown baking spices.

PALATE:
Balanced yet bold, with brandied Morello cherries muddled with fresh mint leaves, date spice cake, Dr. Pepper float, Black Forrest Cake with shaved almonds and heavy whipping cream, Bing cherries with vanilla ice cream, dark Pumpernickel bread with butter, and mincemeat pie.
