SHAY S’MORE YAK PLEASE!

This winter, cozy up by the fireplace, roast a couple of marshmallows, mix a few S’more Yak Please, and enjoy them in good company.

Ingredients:

3 oz Shay by Le Portier cognac
1 oz White chocolate Bailey’s
1 oz Drambuie
Hershey’s chocolate syrup and crushed graham crackers, for the rim of the glass and for serving
Toasted marshmallows, to garnish

Method:

Dip the rim of a Martini glass in Hershey’s chocolate syrup then in crushed graham crackers.
Add ice to a shaker, then pour in 2 oz Shay by Le Portier, 1 oz Crème de Noisette, 1 oz Benedictine, and 1 oz Crème de Cacao. Shake vigorously until frothy and completely cool.
Pour a small amount of the Hershey’s chocolate syrup into the bottom of your prepared Martini glass, then top with the mix from the shaker.
Garnish with a toasted marshmallow. Cheers!
