Bushmills 21 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey
Irish Whiskey Bushmills Malt 21 Year Old is an extremely rare single malt Irish whiskey. Only a very limited number of bottles are available each year. It is matured for a minimum of 21 years in three different types of casks. The whiskey is first aged in American bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks for 21 years and upwards. The malt whiskey is then vatted and married for months in Madeira drums.
The end result of this very special maturing process is a rich and smooth old malt whiskey with a wonderful combination of aromatic malt, gentle wood and rich spiciness - a wonderful and intriguing complexity on the palate, and perhaps the finest expression to date of malt distilling that is Bushmills.
