This region has been known for producing wine spirits since late in the 16th century. Our very own Manso & Contreras brandy is produced by a distillery that has been making brandy since the late 1800's. Manso & Contreras is a testament to the history and craftsmanship of fine wine spirits being crafted in Spain for centuries. Manso & Contreras is made utilizing the Solera y Criaderas system and is traditionally aged in sherry casks made from oak for flavor and color.
