Le Portier Shay VSOP is the Shannon Sharpe Cognac created as a tribute to his grandmother, Mary Porter, and to the people and achievements that shape a lasting legacy. This 750ml VSOP is bottled at 40% ABV and blends eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois.

Craft and Maturation

Shay is distilled in traditional Charentais copper pot stills, matured in French oak and blended to combine fruit, confectionery richness, spice and a soft smoky finish. Its polished bottle and black-obsidian-inspired closure make the presentation distinctive, while the spirit remains versatile enough for neat service or classic Cognac cocktails.
