This brand new bourbon coming from Northern California is blended from just 8 barrels. When we brand new we mean BRAND NEW. These bottled were filled on March 10th, 2013. This is batch one of all individually numbered bottles.

The bourbon is a blend with a minimum age of 5 years. When poured the whisk(e)y opens up with typical bourbon aromas: Vanilla, cereal grains, oak, and spice. It starts with a rich stewed fruit and vanilla sweetness and leads to a dry finish. Citrus and spice linger on the palate with baked apple notes hidden beneath.
