Patsch Blanco Tequila: Organic Additive-Free Agave with Lime, Peppercorn, and Anise

Patsch Blanco Tequila is made from 100% organic Blue Weber agave grown in the valley of Jalisco. The producer cooks mature agave in brick ovens, allows the juice to ferment naturally without added yeast, and distills the spirit twice.

The blanco is unaged but rests in tanks for several months before bottling. Patsch bottles it at 80 proof and describes a silky, agave-forward profile with lime zest, grapefruit, lemongrass, anise, licorice, and peppercorn.
