A tequila that embodies the rich legacy and life of Cascahuin. El Gran Legado De Vida Blanco where the journey begins with agaves cooked through steam injection in the traditional stone ovens of Cascahuin, taking three days to impart depth and flavor. An additional day of cooling precedes the crushing process on the distillery's roller mill.

Fermentation unfolds in stainless tanks, laying the foundation for a meticulous double distillation process. The first distillation occurs in Cascahuin's stainless steel alembic still with a copper coil, while the second distillation takes place in the copper alembic with a copper coil, elevating the tequila to a robust 55% Alcohol By Volume (ABV). The critical proofing with deep well water on-site ensures precision and balance.

El Gran Legado De Vida Blanco then undergoes a patient stabilization period of 15-30 days in stainless steel before being carefully bottled and labeled by hand. This tequila is a testament to the dedication and traditional craftsmanship at Cascahuin, promising an authentic and refined experience with every sip.

TASTING NOTES

Nose full of sweet floral aromas, bright lemon peel, minerality, and mint. On the palate there is sweet agave, black pepper, wet stone, and more citrus. Fantastic body and medium-long finish.
