Sourced from the fertile volcanic soil of the Jalisco Highlands in Mexico, Bajarriba Plata Tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber agave that is fully matured at an altitude of 7,000 feet. This optimal growing environment ensures the agave develops rich and complex flavors.

Under the guidance of a third-generation Master Distiller with over 85 years of family experience, Bajarriba Plata Tequila is produced using old-world cooking methods. The agave is slow-roasted in "Hornos" (brick ovens) and distilled in copper and stainless steel pots, resulting in a tequila of exceptional purity and flavor.
