Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Finish is a Special Edition single malt Scotch that keeps all the sweet, fruity character of the signature Glenfiddich 12 and adds depth from a finish in rare Amontillado sherry casks. It’s matured for 12 years in American and European oak sherry casks before the finish, and bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof). The Amontillado casks come from the Jerez region of Spain and make up less than 5% of the sherry casks Glenfiddich imports each year.

Master Blender Brian Kinsman says the core character stays true to the signature 12, with a sweet fruitiness rich in fresh pear and crisp apple, and that the flavor is deeper, sweeter, and more oaky, with light spice, delicate dried fruits, and a touch of baked apple. Glenfiddich has been family owned for over 130 years and is Scotland’s most awarded single malt, per the brand.
