Our first true rye Cellar Collection release is a perfectly crafted, limited-edition blend of our Angel’s Envy Rye whiskey that spent 364 days in Ice Cider Casks. This rare spirit is a treat for the senses—bold peppery and cinnamon notes meld with brown sugar, apples and warm oak. It’s the perfect whiskey for winter.
The story of this whiskey begins with our finished rye, which is aged for a minimum of four years. We transfer it to our Ice Cider Casks, where it waits until the team determines it’s taken on a perfect, crisp apple finish. When the time is right, the whiskey is bottled. It has a rich amber color and opens with bright fruit notes alongside hints of caramel and spice. The finish introduces the sweetness of apple that accents the oakiness of the rye.
