The story of this whiskey begins with our finished rye, which is aged for a minimum of four years. We transfer it to our Ice Cider Casks, where it waits until the team determines it’s taken on a perfect, crisp apple finish. When the time is right, the whiskey is bottled. It has a rich amber color and opens with bright fruit notes alongside hints of caramel and spice. The finish introduces the sweetness of apple that accents the oakiness of the rye.
