Angel’s Envy Cask Strength is unlike any bourbon you’ve ever tried. Each year’s release is distinctly unique and is pulled from the most remarkable barrels in our rickhouse. The blend is drawn from a recipe of rye, corn and malted barley as well as a healthy dose of freshly dumped maple syrup.

Angel's Envy 2021 Cask Strength Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Port Wine Barrels, noted the distillery, marks the tenth release.

TASTING NOTES
A remarkably complex spirit, we suggest you enjoy it neat or with just a splash of water to release its unique flavor nuances.

NOSE
Apricot, plum, baking spices, brown sugar, leather, oak and vanilla. Bing Cherries play heavily and carry through to the taste

PALATE
Ripe cherry, salted chocolate, orange peel and faint cedar

FINISH
Tannic finish complemented by citrus fruit. Neither too bitter nor too dry. Lingers pleasantly on the back of your tongue
