Woody Creek Vodka began as an obsession to craft the world's best vodka from the ground up, or in this case, just below it. Distilled in Basalt, Colorado at the confluence of the Roaring Fork and Frying Pan rivers, Woody Creek Distillers controls every element of production, growing its own potatoes at nearby Price Farms in the San Luis Valley and handling everything from field to bottle at the distillery.

How Woody Creek Vodka Is Made

This vodka is made from three ingredients only: potatoes (a blend of native Colorado Rio Grande Russet, Chepita, and Lady Claire varieties), mountain spring water, and yeast. The potatoes are harvested, washed, and mashed onsite, then distilled just once in a custom column still, a deliberate choice that preserves the raw character of the potatoes rather than stripping the spirit down through repeated distillation. Local Aspen-area water brings it to proof for bottling. It's naturally gluten-free and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
