Initially aged in a combination of Cooper’s Reserve and Cooper’s Select New American Oak, as well as first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, it then undergoes a finishing process in wine casks, including Tempranillo, WA Red Blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Petit Verdot.
