Isle of Raasay Single Malt Scotch Whisky combines peated and unpeated spirit matured separately across six cask combinations. The Na Sia recipe uses first-fill American rye-whiskey casks, fresh Chinkapin oak, and first-fill Bordeaux red-wine casks.

Bottled at 46.4% ABV, natural color, and non-chill-filtered, the whisky balances dark fruit, caramel, malt, pepper, mineral character, and restrained smoke. It is the flagship release from the first legal distillery on the Isle of Raasay.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Baked plum, red apple, cherry, vanilla, and light wood smoke. Palate: Mineral notes, crisp peat, dark caramel, biscuity malt, creamy oak, and peppery barley. Finish: Gentle smoke, salted nuts, butterscotch, and sweet oak char.
