Caramel finish Its stronger than I would like. But does have an light apple taste. I think if the apple were more tart and strong cinnamon and smaller proof, it would be great. But that's my taste buds. It does however have a very nice lingering caramel finish. Over over all it's good. I'll mix with apple juice.

Imight like apple pie after all! Never really a big apple pie eater but after emails from some vinny guy to try this... it is GOOOOD! you get a hint of cinnamon in the apple flavor but not the kind that sticks with you all day, I really like this best in a glass with a few ice cubes.
