Produced at Tequila Puerta de Hierro Distillery in El Arenal, Jalisco, a town in the Tequila Valley known for its volcanic red soils, this extra añejo follows a deliberately traditional production arc: agaves are slowly cooked, then crushed using a tahona stone mill before undergoing natural fermentation.

Cava de Oro comes from the Partida family, one of the oldest and largest growers of agave in the Tequila region, with a legacy stretching back over six generations. Every batch is made from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber Agave and guided through the process by master tequilero and distiller Alberto Partida. That extended French oak aging develops a genuinely rich, dessert-like character, dominated by warm cinnamon, caramel, maple syrup, and smooth vanilla, with dried fruit and oak tannins adding real depth well beyond what its proof might suggest.
