Suerte Still Strength Blanco is the same hand-crafted blanco as the regular Suerte, bottled straight from the still with no water added. Suerte makes it at NOM 1530 in San Francisco de Asís, Jalisco, under master distiller Pedro Hernandez Barba, from 100% hand-picked Blue Weber agave. It’s bottled at 52% ABV (104 proof), which keeps the full, undiluted character of the agave and gives it a creamy, textured mouthfeel.

The agave is slow-roasted in brick ovens for roughly two days, crushed with a tahona stone wheel, and double-distilled. Where most blancos are proofed down with water, Suerte bottles this one as it comes off the still. That’s what “still strength” means.
